Travelling is in blood of Dodeja’s. Kanyalal-Lokram-Karamchand-Ramchand-Madhavdas. Out of these five brothers 1st four brothers and their children are found of travelling, without exception.
Lokram
Dodeja’s fourth generation i.e. Akshay-Kashyap-Sharat are all very much
enthusiastic for any kind of trip. Our travelling stars were hidden behind the
clouds for, quiet some time, i.e. first decade of 21st Century.
Since 1998, our trips got restricted to Lonavala-Pune, which as per current
situation is backyard of Mumbai. Only trip worth mentioning is thanks to Mummy,
trip to Amarnath in 2005. Then our time changed for better in 2010. To prove
this, here is picture of Camera Bag, which tag’s itself every time it goes out
with any family member.
Lali & Family left for Bali and
will return on Sunday. This is third free ‘AT’ trip. In 2011, Akshay-Muskan
went to Istanbul. Then it was turn of Kashyap-Dhwani to Mauritius in 2012. Now
Lali & family are off to Bali. Travelling stars are looking favorably.
People, it is time to plan for repeat 1992 trip. All say Amen.
Dhwani conducted a workshop for
young children, telling them about good touch – bad touch. As the families are
getting small, these kind of problems, ‘child abuse’ etc are surfacing. Perpetrators’
believe they can get away with such kind of behavior. I believe lots of them
really do, hence need for such workshops.
I was surprised to know that a
‘Maharashtrain’ wedding ceremony takes just 15 minutes to get over! Kashyap on
11th shot one such wedding for MIM, in Mumbai.
Muskan and Akshay are enjoying Exbhition Sale
at Noble Retail. From last Friday we have put up Pundal and big banners,
announcing upto 60% discount sale. We are calling this as single shop
Exbhition! Depending upon response, this will be extended, if required.
On Sunday, Akshay-Muskan &
myself returned from store late, pass 10.30. Normally I sleep around 10 O’clock.
But it was past my sleeping time, I was not sleepy, so I sat down with all four
kids of the family for chit chat. Kash’s friend Shawn had come to meet Kashyap along
with his two Bangladeshi Girl friends.
Kashyap keeps surfing the channels. Suddenly,
his figure paused on Colors, our attention was drawn to Kapil Sharma’s new show.
Shows format is excellent. Government employees bashing in Kapil style, a small
over the top, skit with ridiculous characters and story line. Then celebrity
guest interview, which is not supposed to be taken seriously, it was Prabhu
Deva this time. I highly recommend this
show to drive away sad smiles and crease tense brows. On our part, we had a
laugh riot, all of us, including our guests! And to make matters easy, here is
