 As elections are approaching, excitement level is growing exponentially.

Our life is now getting into very fast track mode, hope we will not miss out on living. 

On 10^th Akshay repeated this dialogue many time, ‘Where 10 days have gone?’

7^th Mon: Safari Bags launching party was held for Bag Dealers. Out of 20 dealers 16 turned up for Safari Product Launch, this speaks great deal of Akshay's goodwill in market. We have officially said goodbye to AT and now turning our attention to Safari. Hope we will learn the lesion that our profitability is more important than Sales target of company at, specially at our financial cost. Sagar Plaza lunch was very good. This launching was followed by even bigger meeting with XRBIA. We all Xrbia crowd of Noble Group, went to attend Kamal Khetan’s meeting at FC road. It was prep up talk and presentation of next month planning, and also gauging of our levelof interest. In Xrbia  five dealers, we have achieved number One possition in term of sales, so Lali and Akshay took the staff to RK for dinner to celebrate this achievement, I returned home as I had filled myself with Sagar Plaza Lunch.

8^th & 9^th: Muskan visited Mumbai, all alone. Muskan is getting in ‘Shadi’ of her sister, Nandini, mode. Nandani has started her wedding shopping and so Muskan visited Mumbai for two days. She loves to travel by Deccan, thus at least one family member is continuing this tradition of visiting Mumbai via Deccan. Dada [1950 - 1980] – Daddy [1950 - 2000] – Myself [1960 -  ] and now Muskan [2010 - ], this trend is on in family since 1950's! Akshay & Kashyap prefer Xylo or ‘Shivneri’.

 Expect lot of changes in business front. I will be announcing the changes as and when they happen. Will not say or disclose anything now, only thing I can say is there are huge changes awaiting the nudge from the time ‘devta.’ and this will be withing next 6 weeks. Business Related, Family Related and Wealth Related.

 One more maid left our home. After ‘Hira’ no maid had stayed for long. Most of them are in late teens or early twenties. Once they get hold of boyfriend, mothers are not able to handle them, so they push them off to unsuspecting employers, thus avoiding the responsibility of looking after their child. [This analysis is effect of Dhwani's influence] So they have boy friends, who get opportunity to speak to them via mobile and hijack them after few month's courtship on cell Phone. Latest maid, ‘Gauri’ is also the similar case. Additionally she was bit arrogant and Muskan was in no mood accept her ‘nakhras’. Off she goes. Again hunt is on for maid for B7 as well as for KK.

10^th Thu. One major decision was taken, will we implement it? What was that decision? Lali - Akshay & Myself visited Pimpri, why?

 
13th Sun. We have entered 21st Century. Our office is filled with Cell Phones, Lap Tops, Telly Callers. Our conversation has more words like SMS, Leads, CRM, Net Problem, dropped call, Hot lead, Warm Lead, Site Visit.

13th Jan 2014 – 19th Jan 2014 [Busybees]

 

Dhwani is turning into quite a aggressive business woman. Officially she is PRO of cut-it studio, but I see she is handing clients also. Kash-Dhwani team is turning into a very good team. With Sanket as outsourced photographer and editing team of 3 youngsters, one guy for production work, the Cut-it organization has arrived. Lets see the which progress path it is taking. Kash added one more machine, ‘Hakintosh’ a combination of Mac & Window. It is at the half the price of iMac, with more power. Only thing is that is machine is assembled by local buy. Hope this works fine.   

Muskan is busy daily jumping with joy, every time when a picture of Kunal’s baby is received by her on mobile. I remember Manju, when she used to get all excited with Palak Stories. Now we will hear ‘Kunal Baby’ stories. The story telling is on.

Breaking News: MAID EMPLOYED AT B-7. HER NAME IS GUARI.

Bindiya is fortunate in maid department. During her life time she is rarely without maid for more than 2 months. Mostly maids stayed with her for years. According to me best among them was one Indira [Left to get married], two Ramesh [High jacked by Anita when they shifted to Powai], and best maid ever was Hira [Left to get married]. I also endorsed her, simply because they both matched in nature department to large extent.

Bindiya was tensed up on account of maid, during our shifting process from Mumbai to Pune. I promised her that we will by hook or crook arrange for maid within one week. But she was not convinced and was in big tension. I remember Kashyap informing me with happy face when ‘Hira’ agreed for Pune, ‘Papa, now everything is Ok. Mummy is happily  ready for Pune!’.  I saw Bindiya relaxed and happy to move to Pune. This is maid power!

Yesterday, Muskan was sitting on sofa, smiling all the way. I made expression of ‘What’? I wanted to ask her why she has this smug expression. She understood but kept making happy faces in her typical Punjabi way. I was kept wondering. Finally the mystery was solved when our new maid, ’Gauri’ brought a piping hot tea, along with bread and butter. ‘Papa, this is Life. I am sitting on sofa like a ‘Malkin’, getting tea in hand.’ She was enjoying the ‘Maid-Sewa’ moment. For last few months, we have being without help.

Friday 17^th: Chinky is in 10^th standard. Today is her ‘Send-Off Party’ day. Mummy told me to take out her photographs, as she will dress up for the first time in Saree with make-up and all. But she is so embarrassed and angry, that I doubt she will allow being photographed.

Sunday 19^th : Dhwani says that our creative days have being taken over by XRBIA. How true. We all, [Myself-Lali-Akshay-Muskan-Avi] spent our Sunday at XRBIA stall collecting Leads. This must be a very unique and rare Sunday when every one of use skipped ‘Koki’ breakfast and ‘Kari Chawar’ Lunch. Kash-Dhwani returned from weeklong shooting schedule in Mumbai. 

This is a line for those who talk less and type more! BBM Zindabad!

9th September 2013 to 15th September 2013 [Ganpati Pappa Mourya]

9^th Monday: This week is full on Ganpati week. Five days is continuous fun filled, celebration filled, ‘Sharada’ filled week. The decoration and setting was replay of last year. In the decoration department no new experiments were done. After lot of deliberation between, ‘Big Ears’ or ‘Bal Ganpati’, ‘Big Ears’ Ganpati won. Why? Obviously, ‘Bal Ganpati’ would have invited lots of ‘Bal’ comments from myself, Avi & Pinky. So Akshay-Muskan played safe and ‘Big Ears’ was selected. Coincidently, we have being buying ganpati from the same stall at the chowk! And he is our newspaper vendor also. Manju, who is going on two months visit to Singapore came and said her goodbyes and had Ganpati Dharshan. Her flight is on 12^th from Mumbai. She will stay with Neha for two days.

10^th Tuesday: Nandas came to visit our Ganpati. It was first visit of Mrs Kunal, i.e. Kajal. Now that I have firsthand knowledge of typical Punjabi girl (though Muskan is not so typical), I can safely say that Kajal is perfect Punjabi Bahu. Muskan’s Mother and Kajal were sitting together and they both were looking more as mother-daughter then as compared to Muskan or Nandani! But then Nadani & Muskan are more of ‘Bambaiya’ girls now, being born and brought up in Khar, then a Punjabi Kudi of Amritsar. Had a good photo session after long time with Kajal as most willing model.

In office front, due to postponed launching to 12th by Xrbia, we got three days for final touch-up job on furniture, which seems will never end. We have made up office in white color as per Xrbia's color scheme.

12^th Thursday: Akshay & Lali visited Mumbai for Xrbia Launch. Lots of hopes are on success of Xrbia business. The last year success [3200 units sold in 3 days flat] will not be repeated, but even if 5%  of that response falls in our lap, it will be great. The learning process is on.

13^th Friday: Visarjan Day. This Ganpati season we took full advantage of Mummy’s presence. Many great dishes of Mummy were cooked by Mummy & Muskan, specially, Petha Sera, Khash-Khash Sera etc. and I am relishing all childhood dishes like Baingam Ka Barta etc made by mummy. And it is no wonder that most of us had overeating problem during this week. Nowadays our day starts early. One due to morning aarti and secondly, as Munju has gone to Singapore, it is Muskans responsibility to prepare Sharat Tiffin by 8.30 in morning.

14^th Saturday: Just five days of routine gets so engraved that on sixth day, while making tea, ‘Aarti’ was playing in my head. And Muskan’s first dialogue of morning was, home is so empty! Meet – Karan came for flying visit. Kashyap-Dhawani have lined up 8 meeting in Mumbai, so they left for Mumbai. And we rushed to SB road for our learning class with Xrbia.

15th Sunday: No Ganpati - No Chinky - No Rinky - No Mummy - No Kashyap - No Dhawani.  Muskan was at verge of crying! This is how life is.
