15th June 2014 – 21st June 2014 [Schedules]

जिंदगी चलने का नाम है.

अगर आपको देख् मेरी साँस रुक जय या धड़कन थम जाए

तो उसे प्यार क्यों कहते है?

(Modi government passed the circular to promote Hindi, our national language. So in response I start this wise crack section in Hindi. Amen..)

This week is very odd week. For the first time, I noticed that all of us had scheduled many meeting. Yes, it is different story that those meetings were postponed, shifted, cancelled. But everyone’s dairy was full with meeting notes, only time will tell, how productive these meeings were.

Kashyap – Dhwani were busy in having continues flow of client meeting. They have very odd timing for the meetings. As their clients are mostly from working class, they get to meet them after office hour. So most of the meetings are held by them, post dinner!

Akshay is busy with Xrbia, which is not performing currently, but there are high hopes for next 3 months. Rahul Nahar, Vasant Joglekar, Kamal Khetan, have kept him on toes. The second project in which he is involved is ‘609’ development project. Suratwala, Bindra etc were supposed to visit Mumbai mantralya and meet CM. However, this got postponed, due to some antics of one member. This week starting from Sunday, ‘609’ members have kept sequence of meetings on.

On Thursday, Xrbia had full day training, cum announcement meet. Big launching and opening are in the wings from Xrbia side. Our Manisha got the best tele-caller award, and Wanwadi dealership was announced as best dealership with good leads conversion ratio. This scheduled meeting was attained by every NC staff and management attended. As is standard practice of Xrbia, very exaggerated targets were fixed and all dealers accepted those with lot of apprehension.

Lali is extremely busy, having multiple meeting with Land Brokers and Land buyers. Currently, four offers have shifted from ‘Warm’ section to ’Hot’ section. Many meetings are going on / off. On Thursday, two meetings got postponed, otherwise, very good result was expected. This Thursday meeting was scheduled in at least for six different time frames, again all canceled! Minimum of 5 different people are involved. Will this meeting take place? Will it be fruitful?

Now here is some observation. This week, Planet Jupiter is changing its position and this changing act of largest planet of our solar system is considered to have major effect on every human’s future path, be it growth, be it loss, be it sudden profits, be it legal issues.

Sunday: Here is a story of Sunday which is dramatically opposite of all the Sundays in our family, till just few years back, say till 20th Century. Earlier, our Sundays were fixed for relaxation, enjoying a movie in cinema hall and subsequently in front of idiot box, eating out or going for a picnic.
I used to sleep till 9.0, enjoy Sunday by taking up some small photography project, writing dairy. Most of ladies,in their respective kitchens, be it in Pune or Mumbai will be full day busy, preparing ‘Kari Chawar’, a compulsory Lunch. Dad will enjoy full day, watching TV, writing to his heart’s content or just sleeping. Lali / Sanjay enjoyed Sunday’s by eating at new restaurants in the evening and maybe see a movie.  Avi had his group of friends, with whom they would spend evening, either celebrating something or just having fun in some garden. And yes, most of our social activities were restricted on Sundays.

In 21st century this is how our family is spending Sunday.

I am busy writing Blog, completing office work which requires full concentration.
Lali is at store, supervising monsoon sale.
Avi is busy with Chinky’s admission.
Akshay is at SB office of Xrbia, waiting for prospects with his staff.
Muskan is busy, tele calling along with Manisha.
Kashyap is busy in Full day Shoot of a couple at Kondwa.
Dhwani is in Mumbai, meeting a client at 10 a.m. and then participating in her brothers wedding preparations.

All ladies are not preparing ‘Kari Chawar’, but thankfully this is not regular occurrence.
