On 23rd Our family’s
first lot, Mummy-Chinky-Rinky left for Hrishikesh and reached by 4 o’clock. Madon has sponsored and organized 10 days
stay for all his relatives in Hrishikesh in memory of his mother. She had died
last year. Mohan says that they will be around 180-200 people. It is no doubt,
Great and Dodeja way to remember departed soul. Lali & Fly, Avi+Pinky,
Kashyap+Dhwani will go on 28th I was bit anxious and worried when
Mummy-Chinky-Rinky announced that they will be going alone! Chinky-Rinky took their grandmother from Pune
to Hrishikesh by two flights and taxi ride, very comfortably and with great
care. I am proud of them.
Kashyap completed shooting of his
first commercial wedding shoot. He is charging good amount, for quality work,
but the kind of job he is doing, kind of service he is giving, he need to
charge triple the amount! When Ma-Fiaza his other client also endorsed my view, I feel Kashyap will stop undervaluing his rates.
The full team, Kash-Dhwani-Joe-Naim returned on 24th.
Now his marathon edit will start.
27th Sat. Rest of the family, Lali & fly, Avi-Pinky,
Kash-Dhwani, all left for 5 day trip to Hrishikesh. My observation is that the exhilaration of
travel, expected-unexpected unknown experiences, is not there in today’s
generation. Or maybe it is, but they consider it below dignity to express it.
In morning, while going to Airport, among all seven travelers, Avi was the most
excited and vocal for joyful anticipation of trip. With exception of Kashyap
rest were all in their meditative world. Thankfully, no one was busy with
his/her mobile.
Krsna Kunj will be vacant for 5 days
of any Dodeja for the first time in 15 years! Till date, except during 3
weddings, Krsna Kunj has at least one Dodeja occupying its wings.
Today at 9 O'clock when I called Kash, he was at 'Satsung', Wow. This one experience in itself will play important part. I have the feeling that this trip of 10 family members is going to be a great experience and kind of landmark. Only time will tell. Amen.
